Updates to ELA Website
April 15, 2009

ELA Hotel Partners will see new features added to their online accounts beginning Thursday April 16th, 2009. Changes have been made to modify the Guest Summary and the Billing History pages. Due to large volumes of guests staying in some properties, researching individual guests became difficult. The new changes will allow hotels to research specific guests easier as well as still access all guests loaded into their account. If you need assistance with these changes please call our hotline at 1-866-362-0742.
