All billings for eligible Emergency Lodging Assistance survivors affected by Hurricane Ida and New Mexico wildfires must be submitted no later than Friday, September 30, 2022 at 3 p.m. CST. Billings must include: (1) Transaction Entry Form (which may be attained by calling 1-866-545-9865), (2) Nightly folio of charges (statements cannot be accepted) and (3) Signed Terms and Conditions Form. CLC Lodging will not process bills for either disaster after the deadline. FEMA’s Transitional Sheltering Assistance for DR-4337 Florida for Hurricane Irma will end on March 10, 2018. There are no further extensions for this particular disaster. FEMA has extended assistance dates for both DR 4332 TX and DR 4337 FL. New qualified dates will appear for each eligible guest who has received an extension. Please ensure a guest is eligible to receive assistance before checking them into your hotel. You can do this online in real time through your ELA account. The Emergency Lodging Assistance (ELA) Program has been activated as DR 4145 in response to flooding in Colorado. FEMA applicants may soon seek lodging at ELA partner hotels. <br /><br />• Not every applicant receiving a registration number may be approved by FEMA for the ELA program, so please verify each guest’s eligibility by logging into the online account at ela.corplodging.com BEFORE providing lodging to the guest. FEMA assigns each eligible guest a start date and end date approved for payment.<br /><br />• Collect the required documents which include a completed copy of the Terms and Conditions available on the Program Information Page and a copy of a valid, government-issued Photo Identification from each eligible guest. Please make every effort to ensure confidentiality of FEMA guest information per the Privacy Act of 1974. <br /><br />• The ELA program will pay room-and-tax only charges for approved guest stays. FEMA has activated the Emergency Lodging Assistance (ELA) Program for DR 3363 Texas in response to displaced families and individuals from the recent explosion in Texas. Please log in to the property’s dedicated online account at ela.corplodging.com to update room availability. You must obtain a signed copy of the TSA Terms & Conditions form (available on the Program Information page) from each FEMA applicant as well as a copy of government-issued photo ID to be kept on file for a period of 2 years. These particular extensions come a little earlier than usual to help update our housing partners on qualification status of approved guests before the coming holiday weekend. ELA Hotel Partners will see new features added to their online accounts beginning Thursday April 16th, 2009. Changes have been made to modify the Guest Summary and the Billing History pages. Due to large volumes of guests staying in some properties, researching individual guests became difficult. The new changes will allow hotels to research specific guests easier as well as still access all guests loaded into their account. If you need assistance with these changes please call our hotline at 1-866-362-0742.
