CLC Lodging is continuing to move forward with a paperless process to pay hotels: Your hotel will receive payment for qualified stays faster than regular mail Your hotel must have credit card processing capability CLC will email you the first 6 digits of a Virtual Payment Card which you will always use for all funds from CLC As we process your billing submissions CLC will generate an email with the remaining 10 digits necessary to receive payment for your billing submissions. Sleep details will still be available for reconciliation. Payment should be received within 2 business days. Cost depends on hotels credit card processing fees.

Paper Check;

CLC Lodging will still offer payments via paper check to be sent to your hotel property:

Payments will only be sent to the physical address of the lodging property only.
Sleep details will still be available for reconciliation
Delivery of paper checks are dependent on efficiency of U.S. Postal Service and subject to delay caused by destruction from weather events
