This website will help hotels housing applicants displaced by a disaster obtain payment from (CLC) Corporate Lodging Consultants on behalf of (FEMA) Federal Emergency Management Agency. This site and the hotel payment process are administrated by (CLC) Corporate Lodging Consultants, one of the largest purchasers of hotel rooms for business in the United States.

ELA Call Center Closed for Holidays
December 18, 2024

The ELA Program will be closed for the holidays on Tuesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December 25th. ELA will resume regular business hours on Thursday, December 26th at 8 a.m. Central. Please remember to refer to the ELA User Guide, FAQ section and Program Information tabs on the ELA website.

Please Have Survivors with Questions Regarding Their Qualifications Contact FEMA

Survivors who have questions concerning the dates for which they are qualified under the ELA Program must call FEMA at 1-800-621-3362 or log on to www.disasterassistance.gov. CLC Lodging does not qualify survivors or make changes to their qualified dates. ELA agents and CLC Lodging do not have the authority to make changes to survivor qualification end dates. CLC Lodging’s ELA Program is set up for hotel support only. Please have survivors call FEMA for assistance.
