This website will help hotels housing applicants displaced by a disaster obtain payment from (CLC) Corporate Lodging Consultants on behalf of (FEMA) Federal Emergency Management Agency. This site and the hotel payment process are administrated by (CLC) Corporate Lodging Consultants, one of the largest purchasers of hotel rooms for business in the United States.

ELA 2017 Thanksgiving Holiday Hotline Hours

The Emergency Lodging Assistance(ELA) hotline will be open the following hours during the Thanksgiving Holiday: Thursday November 23rd -CLOSED Friday November 24th -CLOSED November 25th, 2017 9 a.m - 5 p.m. CST Sunday November 26th, 2017 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST The ELA call center will return to regular business hours on Monday November 27th, 2017. Additional information can be found on the PROGRAM INFORMATION PAGE. Please check your ELA account regularly for changes and additional program information

FEMA ha activado el programa de asistencia para clientes de emergencia en Puerto Rico. Por favor asegurese de que todos los clientes son elegibles para recibir asistencia antes de emitir una habitacion. No todos los clientes reciben asistencia a traves de este programa y los cargos de habitacion para estos clientes no se cubren a traves de este programa. Se les recuerda a los socios de propiedades que reciban y copien un documento de identificacion emitido por el gobierno en el momento del check-in y lo mantengan en archivo durante dos (2) años. Tambien debe obtener una copia firmada de los terminos y condiciones de la forma del cliente a su llegada. Este formulario se puede encontrar en la pagina de informacion del programa de este sitio Web. Por favor, recuerde revisar cada cliente elegible en el sistema ELA tan pronto como usted emite una habitacion. El retraso en el control de los mismos podría resultar en problemas de facturacion o retrasos. . El centro de llamadas ELA esta disponible para ayudarle con cualquier problema o pregunta que usted pueda tener. Tambien pedimos a los socios de hospedaje que actualicen periódicamente su disponibilidad al informarnos a través de su cuenta web si estan o no están aceptando invitados adicionales.

DRs 4336 and 4339 Puerto Rico Activation

FEMA has activated the Emergency Lodging Assistance program in Puerto Rico. Please ensure all guests are eligible to receive assistance before issuing them a room. Not every guest is given assistance through this program and room charges for these guests will not be covered through this program. Lodging partners are reminded to receive and copy a Government Issued Photo ID from the guest at the time of check-in and keep it on file for two (2) years. You must also obtain a signed copy of the terms and conditions form from the guest upon arrival. This form can be found on the PROGRAM INFORMATION page of this website. Please remember to check each eligible guest into the ELA system as soon as you issue them a room. Delay in checking them in could result in billing issues or delays. The ELA call center is available to assist you with any issues or questions you may have. We also ask lodging partners to regularly update their availability by informing us through their web account if they ARE or Are Not accepting additional guests.
